Over the years, they became a type of family heirloom that we cherished and valued.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI leapt at the opportunity to paint them and have made several cards and a calendar from the photographic references I took over several months. We know each one of them has a story, but most of those tales are lost to time's impact on memory. It was important to me to visually express the delicacy, beauty, and meaning we have imbued on these simple items we love so much.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFor lovers of tea and gentle quiet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cup illustration is centered on a water color splash of emerald green.
