I have two new sets of greeting cards featuring birds in Santa Hats!
Most of these cards are images I created in the last few months here in Eureka, CA, after moving to northern California from San Diego. I wanted to do more local imagery, and many of the folks that visited my booth at the various art fairs and festivals in which I participated had a lot of great suggestions!
I worked on developing quite a few of them on my livestream. I used those same images to create even more imagery in stylized Art Nouveau framing, but thought—hey, I can use them one more time to create fun and light holiday pieces, too!

I ended up with enough birds to create two sets new sets of six. Each with matching holiday red envelopes!
I already made a first set, with a variety of holiday sentiments on each card. This time, I didn’t put any sentiments on the cards and just left them in hats.
The first new set (technically Set #2) includes another different Rave, an Osprey, a Northern Spotted Owl, a Fox Sparrow, a California Brown Pelican, and a Black Phoebe.
The second new set (technically Set #3) includes a Red-Winged Blackbird, a Cedar Waxwing, a Red-shouldered Hawk, a Marbled Godwit, a California Quail, and a Raven.

All of these birds can be found along the Redwood Coast here in Humboldt County. I’m proud of creating sets that specifically relate to my new home.
Many of the speedpaints for these images (and many more I didn’t use) can be seen on this MakerTube playlist:

You can purchase these sets from my Goimagine shop. 2% of each sale on that shopping platform goes to children’s charities. And it’s best to order them soon, as the postal system here in the US can be a bit sluggish during the holiday season, and you want to make sure you’ve got time to get them to your loved ones if you’re mailing them out yourself as well.
