Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or returns on our items since all our products are made to order. Please read the description to ensure you are purchasing the correct item!

We make every effort to ensure all our products meet high standards of quality and expression. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping

If you do need to return a product, we do not provide return labels. You can send the item(s) with whatever postal carrier you choose; however, we always recommend getting tracking.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-deliverable Returns

If an order is returned to us as non-deliverable, the dollar amount of the purchased item will be refunded minus shipping costs.
