      These gorgeously rendered birthday birds wear hats for the occasion! Each of them has a cheeky sentiment for family, friends, and colleagues on these charming note cards. This hand-made greeting card set features lusciously illustrated birds that wear cute little anachronistic hats, accompanied by an ironic sentiment below the pic. At first glance these are elegantly rendered images in dark settings, almost like a bird "glamour shot". But on a second glance, receivers see the out of place hat that creates humor! 

      Drawn by hand in Procreate on an iPad Pro, these cards are perfect for those who love a little humor with their birthdays! Because they're blank on the inside, your personal message has lots of room!

      This pack contains 2 copies of each image, for a total of six cards.

      The soft background textures wrap around the spine of these 5x7" cards toward the back, extending the images with unique class. They are printed individually by the artist in the studio and are packaged in a paper box with a clear plastic sleeve.

      Beautiful Hand-Drawn Images

      This greeting card set is illustrated digitally by me, Corey Johnston, in Procreate on my 12” iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil. Each card is rendered painstakingly one stroke at a time with no filters or AI involved. Using licensed reference imagery from Unsplash.com, I redraw each image with the lighting and colors I want for the overall impression of its intended use as a greeting card.

      I then print each card set as it’s ordered, in my studio on a Pixma Pro 200 8-color dye-based printer. I package each set up and mail it out myself.

        This is a collection of handmade greeting cards, each measures 5x7 inches in size. Matching envelopes are included.

        These greeting cards are blank on the inside and are perfect for celebrating your own event with people in your life.

        The images have been illustrated by artist Corey Johnston using Procreate on the iPad, making each one a special edition.

      • Custom Made

        It may take me 3-5 days to print and ship the item. Given the postal delivery service, it may be upwards of 5-10 days after that before you receive the item.

      • Ships to You Safe

        The card is packaged in a clear plastic sealed envelope with a cardboard packing insert to keep it flat and crisp, and mailed in a cardboard mailer. 

      • High-Quality Prints

        Each card is printed in-studio individually using an 8-color dye-based ink printer on 80lb/215gsm professional matte double-sided photo paper.
